Case on refusal of treatment

I have a patient who describes acute symptoms of flashes and floaters but refuses to be dilated. She is a self-employed driver and says she needs to continue to work for the rest of this week. I am worried that she may need urgent treatment but I cannot persuade her to let me carry out this procedure.
