Nominations for Life & Honorary Fellowship of the College
The College of Optometrists is seeking nominations for Life and Honorary Fellowship.
Life Fellowships are awarded to Members for whom there should be clear evidence of important contributions made during a lifetime’s service to the profession.
Honorary Fellowships are awarded to non-Members who have demonstrated clear evidence of a real and important contribution to the profession of optometry.
Please sumbit your nominations, in accordance with the standing order below, in strictest confidence to the President, in his capacity as Chairman of the Electoral College by completing the form below. Please remember to attach details of the nomination's contribution with your nomination, nominations received without sufficient evidence of the nominee's contribution cannot be considered.
