Geraint Griffiths MSc MCOptom
Geraint is Managing Director of Sport Vision Ltd and has recently purchased an independent practice in Leicester. He is Founder and CEO of the Association of Sport Vision Practitioners (Sportvision UK) 20 four-day diploma courses. Geraint is an Assessor for the College of Optometrists.
Jane Macnaughton BSc MCOptom
Jane Macnaughton qualified from City University worked initially within the Hospital Eye Service. After several years at Moorfields Eye Hospital, she joined the City University visiting staff in 1996 where she taught at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels until 2009. Jane is currently a Specialist Optometrist at the Leicester Royal Infirmary and has recently launched a Private Low Vision Practice in Leicestershire. In addition, Jane runs her own training company, providing educational programmes for undergraduate and qualified optometrists to optical businesses. She is also a College Examiner, an external assessor for the WECI and an external examiner for the University of Central England DipHE Visual Impairment Rehabilitation course. Jane has been a Council Member since 2007 and sits on the Education Committee and represents Council on the Joint Low Vision Committee.
