*Newly qualified optometrists are defined as those qualifying from January 2010 onwards.

If you book the newly qualified/pre-registration/student rate
A one day ticket gives you access to 2 seminars
A two day ticket gives you access to 3 seminars
You may not attend workshops

Workshop and seminar places are allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Workshops are practical sessions limited to a small number of places to allow you the opportunity for a high quality learning experience. Any sessions which are not sold out will be allocated at conference on a first-come first-served basis.

Terms & conditions
Cancellations must be made in writing before the start of the event. Cancellations received up to Friday 17 February 2012 will incur a 25% cancellation charge. Cancellations received after this date will incur a 100% cancellation charge. Please note that photographs will be taken throughout the conference and may be used in future printed or online College materials. Please inform a College representative at the conference if you would prefer not to be photographed.
