The Optometrists' Formulary consists of data sheets that provide prescribing information on all drugs currently available to optometrists.
The Formulary is available as a pdf document or as part of a searchable and browseable database called EMedInfo. The EMedInfo version is updated more frequently.
EMedInfo contains two modules: The eFormulary and a database of ocular adverse reactions.
The eFormulary is free to use and is updated on a regular basis.
The database of ocular adverse reactions requires a subscription. However optometry students can use the database free of charge.
