Research at Optometry Tomorrow

Since 2009, the College Research Symposium has provided an opportunity to share ideas and contribute to the research dialogue for optometry, optics and vision science. It has also acted as an engaging and approachable introduction to research for those looking to increase their involvement in research in any environment.

In 2012, the Research Symposium sessions will be integrated within Optometry Tomorrow, the College's Annual Conference, which will take place on Sunday 18 and Monday 19 March 2012 in Brighton. This will allow new research and research skills training to reach a much wider audience, as well as more opportunity to share ideas.

As a result of this integration, we are now inviting poster abstracts for presentation at Optometry Tomorrow 2012. Posters will be displayed throughout the proceedings and there will be a prize awarded to one of the poster presenters as part of the College's Research Excellence Awards.
