Mar 22, 2005 12:09:26 ive heard few explanation why dark irides require stronger concentration, but to me the one that seems to make sence is that drug gets absorbed my the melanin therefore darker the iris , more absorption by the pigmented iris leaving less for nerve stimulation. is this true? |
