The College of Optometrists

I'm an optom who can't work at the type of pace required by most practices - I need 40 minutes to feel comfortable that I've don't a proper examination. I probably need to have my own practice to make this possible, and was wondering whether a house practice might be the solution (low overheads, few patients required to make a living). I'd be grateful to get some feedback on the pros and cons from anyone with a house practice, or to know if there's anyone out there intending to sell either a house practice or a small freestanding practice in the east of the country in the near future.
