just a few q;s ischaemic CRVO presents neovasc risk so should that be referred urgently to hosp? and some degree of nonischaemic CRVO progress to ischaemic so should that not be referred urgently? i have notes to effect suggesting referral to GP routinely is sufficient for systemic investigation/workup, but in a case of iop 30+ it then becomes urgent why is this?
