Jan 12, 2005 19:58:52 just a quick question while we are on the subject, are companies allowed to put pre regs on 'shop floor days' to fill in for absent staff?? just wanted to know what the rules and regs are on this..if there are any??

Jan 12, 2005 22:14:03 yes - I believe so. When I did pre reg - I did just about everything within the practice - filling in for every role. even did the glazing on her day off. But we did not have fixed 'shop floor days' - what is the idea of that?
Enjoyed it all - and learned from everyone - so that shortly after was able to run my own practice. However, the supervisor must ensure that the pre reg sylabus comes first. |
