Apr 15, 2005 21:39:18 My supervisor has told me that I do not need to include visions on my case records if the patient wears their glasses all of the time. Is this correct? |

Apr 16, 2005 07:40:04 I can think of a few cases where that would not be correct, mostly where unaided vision is required for decisions regarding suitability for occupation is required. |

Apr 16, 2005 19:12:31 I do it on everyone - but then, I am never caught out by my notes! I make sure they have all the information I will need for the current job, a audit trail, and also infomation for the unexpected future. |
