May 01, 2005 00:18:21 Can someone plz explain how dist va correlates with near for presyopes?...am a bit confused. Also, if cyclo-ing a child, how much do ppl generally known off for muscle tonus, i do abt +0.75 to abt +1.25 DS??? |

May 01, 2005 07:25:05 unless you are using atropine, I would take nothing extra off for tonus. I usually work at 50cm rather than 67cm with small kids, so I take off 2.00DS. Not really sure what you mean by your other question.
