May 01, 2005 23:26:50 Have a look in the college of optometrists manual. There is a section on contact lens fitting and aftercare!

May 02, 2005 07:15:20 There are no specific contact lens sheets for the actual exam, some examiners like myself will provide our own in the fitting exam, with specific information about the patient you are fitting, others will expect you to supply your own blank paper. There are no record sheets provided for the aftercare exam.
