if i am using a dicon suprathreshold test with quantifying depth of missed points for visual fields, do you need to (and can you) record the threshold for each eye in a case record?

Does anyone know whether you also have to include the field plots of those Px who may jus miss the odd one or two points, I.e. angioscotomas? and those who have full visual fields?

examiner may want to discuss how you can be sure one or two missed points are angioscotomas, and I think I would like to see the plots for this. Where fields are full, you could perhaps get away with not including plots, but if you've done the fields anyway, why not include a copy?
