when going thru the case records before getting to the exam, are we allowed to write notes on our copies to remind ourselves why/or why not we have performed some tests etc?

My understanding is that your copies should be identical to the examiners, so no notes, but maybe someone who examines case records or someone from the college could confirm.

from memory, this was the case when I sat mine. By the time they are submitted they have usually been rewritten and de-typo'd so many times that notes were unnecessary - they became totally absorbed into your subconscious. You could almost recite them in your sleep.

Your notes must be the same as the examiners'. If you realise that you have made some errors (typing etc) make a note on a separate sheet and point these out to the examiners at the start of the exam.

dont be silly, then the examiner will see things that he may not have spotted when they were looking at yours - 2am the night before

You must not write any notes on your case record copies. The record card sheets must be the same as the examiners. Any attempt at writing reasons on your sheets will be construed as cheating.
