do u have to use the right hand to insert the right lens and left hand to insert into the left eye, as in practise i just use my right hand for inserting into both eyes standing...and i usually insert them from one side...i.e. px right side...is that okay for the exams...???

as long as you insert the lenses carefully (ie do not injure the patient whilst doing so) it doesnot matter what side you stand on or which hand you use. As you will be nervous in the exam I would stick to a technique you are comfortable with.

I would agree, I am not looking for which hand you use but how safe you are putting them in and taking them out.

As Tim said it depends how safe you are in the practise. but personally i do right for right and left for left, but thats just me.
