Jun 02, 2005 13:27:41 I though that unregistered persons could only not dispense partially sighted, blind and patients under 16, however, I have just read that they can't dispense complex prescriptions either. Can they or can't they?

Jun 03, 2005 17:30:37 It says that ps, blind, complex rx's and under 16 have to be dispensed under the supervision of a registered optician.
