Can someone please tell why day light simulation lamps are not used in home, eg kitchen, living rooms and neither in colour vision testing.

I think is coz of cost. And not accurate enough for good cv testing.

they are, well almost, sold as special daylight bulbs (very blue) for needlework and craft
