can some tel me if i am correct or not pls?

am i right in saying that when chekin vitreous thru dilated pupils to assess the ant. vitreous ie to look for tabacco dust, u hav to use the slit lamp and u hav to focus past the crystalline lens.

to assess the post. vitreous u hav to use ur volk lens

also with PVD would u see weiss ring in anterior or posterior vitreous???

Ant Vit - slit lamp: focus on posterior pole of lens and then move backwards. I find it easier with a higher magn.

Post Vit - volk. hopefully you only need to view posterior for a weiss
