in the routine exam we are supposed to assess near vision monocularly in a pre pres and pres arent we? as in one of my feedback forms from my mocks the examiner has put a question mrk on it...so are we suppose to?

why not,pupil constriction will lead to narrow pencil to light which is likey to highlight any possible pathology
