1) who cares

2) binds to lens matrix hence probably difficult without causing some level of damage

2) but can be rinsed out with saline a few times. Mind you - lenses are so cheap these days I always recommend to px they chuck it and get a new one (or I give them one). The trick is not to flood the eye in the first place - dump the flouret on the eye edge-on SIDEWAYS! :-)(you can always put in more - but it is difficult to reduce the flood already there)

Have found peroxide will remove fluorescein if used quick enough. Best thing is to not mix the two.

Incidentally you can stick flourescein in with silicon lenses as they don't stain.

why do u want 2 know about RGP sols?

1. Some like B&L Elite have polymeric beads which gives them a milky colour, while rest are clear.

Fluorescein is ok with Night and Day lenses but not with purevision
