One of my case records is an aphakic px, refraction approx +15-16 as expected, near add +2.75.
Do you think its reasonable in this record not to include visions? At the time I felt it would make me look an idiot trying to record them, particularly an near and would also have made the patient feel uncomfortable.
Not sure what to do? Any Idea's? |

Jan 23, 2005 20:53:53 i would just make them up. Try putting -24D in front of your eye (an extra 8D to compensate your accom) and see what your visions are. |
