sale and supply of CL's
Jul 01, 2005 20:14:20 Px's are allowed to buy CL's via mail order/internet as long as they provide a valid CLspecification.
i am getting a bit confusd, am i right in saying that the law says anyone who supplies a Px with CL's has to be able to provide them with an aftercare???

Jul 01, 2005 21:07:50 although section 60 has changed, no one has really defined aftercare. from what my notes say, until something goes to courtwe wont relly know. does it mean the supplier must provide the aftercare that an optom would, or does it mean the aftercare in terms of manufacturing problems!!! this is the jist of things

Under the new regs I believe aftercare equals fitting |
