ive read that rayban sun rx doesnt alter colour perception is this true?

to some extent true - but the spectral transmission charts show a greater absorbtion to red - hence the greeny tinge. The cleverest RayBan tint enhances contrast by selectively absorbing blue to reduce glare - the lens looks yellowy.
