had it on trial - really easy to use, and measurements seemed repeatable. We have requested one for glaucoma clinics but not sure if we'll get it.

A good investment if you are serious about glaucoma. Need to be using Perkins/Goldman tonometry.

Worth charging for as additional procedure - my local opthalmologist charges £50. I charge £15 and have had no refusals yet.
