There are some cute poems in "The Art of Refraction Without Making a Spectacle of Yourself" it is at work I can bring it home. What is the audience you are speaking to? Professionals, public?

Couldn`t resist it:- sorry folks-

There was an old lady in traction

Whose accident caused a reaction

A weight on her legs

Displaced her round segs

And required another refraction

There was a fat lady named Becs

Whose training gave her large pecs

So she gave up the gym

Became rather slim

And broke her specs when she had sex

Well this board has become a bit humourless of late!
