anyone else having problems chasing payments by boots??

im still awaiting payments for work done in July!

they said they hadn't received the claim form so i made sure they were faxed accross asap.

when i next phoned to ask what the hold up the computers were, allegedly, down.

two times people have promised me they will phone me back to let me know what is going but havent done so.

And now i have apparently been put on a high priority list which means a 'speciality team' (their words not mine) is looking after me, but can i speak to someone in the speciality team? No! they dont take calls.

so when do i get paid for work done in July???????

She cant help her self but she got someone to call be back the same day and everything got sorted out within 1 week.

Good luck.

(i did have to send them copies of the invoices tho.)
