Up to you. I used to offer 'free' copies at the time of eye test for £5 a year - we had manytakers - but few people used the reporting service. Was a good money spinner! palfamus

The DVLA field belongs to the patient - I would supply a copy free of charge.

A full threshold SITA 24-2 is a different matter, and I would charge the usual DVLA fee of £40.

How does one go about registering with the DVLA?

I give every DVLA px a copy for their own records. Suppose subsequent copies you could charge(?).

Contact the medical division

dvla says px may contact them in writing for copies, but if px wants copy instantly, rather than through process it seems fair to charge a nominal fee?

Thanks for input.
