hi, im a NQ OO and am finding it difficult to understand the PCT registration. I currently live in one place but may be offered a job in another PCT so which do I apply for. Also, does anyone know why they ask for 2 referees - ive only got one as ive only worked for one person - my supervisor!!! HELP

Have you spoken to anyone at the PCT for advice?? Was there another OO who worked at your previous practice as well as your supervisor who could also provide a reference? I'm sure the PCT should be able to help if you find the right person!!

Doesnt matter which PCT you register with...either and then you can practise in both. Regarding references, my previous employer was being awkward because he never wanted me to leave his practice. Anyway, I got my current practice manager to write a reference and she not optically qualified. The PCT accepted this no problem. In other words, get any two people to do this for you.
