Im quite confused about which tints are suitable for night driving.

It seems to say different things in different sources.

Could someone tell me which of the following is correct

LTF 85%,80%,75% or does the colour of the tint also matter?

Any ideas anyone.

in my notes ive got tints with LTF less than 75% are NOT siutable for night driving and lenses with LTF less than 8% are not suitable for ANY driving.

dont think colour really matters.

hope that helps...

Highway code recommends no tint for driving at night. So should you.

I agree with Firebalde - from some recent revision with our old disp tutor he recommended no tint for driving ! Otherwise there is a safety threat to px !
