Domi registration advice
Jan 26, 2006 23:49:52 Hi. As an Optometrist currently registered on the supplementary ophthalmic list, what steps in terms of registration to relevant authorities would I need to take in order to be able to provide domiciliary eye care. ? Assuming I have the necessary equipment, would I need to have my own practice in addition to the ophtahlmic eqiupment or would a registered (non-optical) 'office' suffice ? Many thanks |

RE: Domi registration advice
Jan 27, 2006 12:08:54 Dear H4KTM You will need to contact your local PCT about this, and they will send you the relevant documentation, and details about what address you will need. They will also send you a copy of the regulations surrounding domiciliary provision. Kind regards Sue Dr Susan Blakeney Optometric Adviser to the College of Optometrists 42 Craven Street London WC2N 5NG 020 7766 4372 optometric.adviser@college-optometrists.org www.college-optometrists.org |
