also wondering which exam law will be covered in, and which areas in paticular will be covered? any hints/tips!?

thankyou in advance! joanne

Gosh - I will have to look this one up! I think its covered by British Standards. I will come back to you on this one. Good luck on the studies.

On the specsavers mocks they said law would be covered in the CDM exam.

Hope that helps.

There will only be two oral components to the final assessment exams, in CDM and ODA. The half hour ODA oral is likely to concentrate on management of ODA but could encompass some legal aspects of referral etc. The CDM may also touch on legal issues around occupational issues, VDUs, dispensing, referral etc. Basically it could cover a lot of areas. However all of the legal stuff will have been signed off in your quarterly assessments. Remember the final assessment is retesting competancies not assessing new ones.
