Lighting in practice
Mar 15, 2005 19:08:40 Any idea what the illuminance is to be in the test room and within internally illuminated test charts? |

Mar 15, 2005 19:37:23 Test room and chart should be within 300Lux with a CCT of 6500K of good colour rendering. Thing to bear in mind is that when it is internally illuminated you dont want the ones you had at uni where the pateint could see the actual lamp inside,therefore it should be uniformally lighted. Whereas extenal lighting should not cause veiling reflections on the chart itself. |

Mar 16, 2005 19:57:41 projector charts use 20W tugnsten halogen lamps. had to replace mine last week. |
