I'm not sure if I should re refer this px, what do you think? She had choroiditis in the LE many years ago and now has VA of RE6/9+ LE 6/24 with a lot of retinal scarring. I noticed today that she had very sluggish pupils and a smaller left pupil. I know you can see pupil abnormalities following retinal problems but what concerns me is the fact that a letter from the hospital (following a FB removal 2 years ago) states that her pupils were normal. She reports no problems.

Refer please -stating your findings. It could be all sorts of things indeed, but as the hospital said the pupils were normal on examination - then something may have happened : best to rerefer - you could phone the eye clinic and ask their advice.
