Aug 09, 2007 23:23:14 Can you please tell me what to include in the contact lens fitting, after care and in the routine sheet (detailled if possible). I am finding it wery hard to use the PQE format, iam so used to the work place TDR(record card).I would be very grateful if you could help me. Thank you. |

Aug 10, 2007 06:34:00 If you are happy with the format of your work place card then simply replicate that structure on the record sheets provided. Think of them as a blank sheet as long as the information is understandable and coherent examiners do not mind what order it is in. |
