Sep 11, 2007 06:21:27 Because the lens flouresces in UV light and you can see the pupil size even in dark irises. Pupil size is useful for assessing an appropriate BOZD for RGP lenses. Not sure what value PD has. Centre thickness is only specified if you want it outside the manufacturers normal parameters for that lens. If you don't specify a handling tint you won't get one or you may get one you didn't want. |
