Forms are being sent out in early October to practitioners asking for details of the CET they have completed during 2002.
The form asks for reference numbers. Delegates should have been given these details by course organisers or distance learning providers. However, you can get this information from the College's website, if you
click here. The deadline for the submission of forms is 12 January 2003
At this stage the College will not be dealing with the collection of information for the GOC's Contact Lens list. For further information on the list, practitioners are being asked to contact the GOC directly.
