Orbscan Up for Grabs!

You can now start to bid for a new ‘Orbscan II Fully integrated Optical Diagnostic System’.
Bausch & Lomb UK have generously donated an Orbscan, RRP £15,000 to OGS. OGS are auctioning the Orbscan through a silent bidding process. Bids will be accepted up to the British Contact Lens Association Conference held on 19th-21st May (through to Sunday 21st). The person to make the highest bid will be announced on Sunday 21st May at the Bausch & Lomb stand.
All you need to do is send an e-mail to gemma@givingsight.org, stating the amount you want to bid for the Orbscan. You will be updated as to what the highest bid received is on a regular basis, via e-mail and through the
OGS website, this way you can decide whether you want to continue bidding.
Not only will you own the Orbscan, but all the money raised will contribute towards restoring the sight of the estimated 250 million men, women and children who are either functionally blind or severely vision impaired because they have no glasses.
About the Product:
Orbscan II will provide a complete analysis of the eye’s optical system. The comprehensive diagnostic system will help to identify exclusionary criteria such as keratoconus, pre-keratoconus , corneal thinning and more.
What your bid includes:
You can expect a 1-yr warranty, and a 1 day
training course on how to use the Orbscanner II.
