Anthony Trowsdale BSc FCOptom
Tony worked as Optometric Director of Specsavers Opticians in Salisbury and has now retired from practice. He is pursuing new avenues of interest and continues to maintain close contact with his many colleagues within the College. Tony was heavily involved in the early development of Specsavers Training Organisation and was a Pre-Registration Supervisor for several years.

Jayesh Patel BSc MCOptom Jayesh graduated from Aston University in 1991 and is now an employed optometrist working for Boots Opticians in Brighton since 1993. Jayesh has also been a Pre-Registration supervisor for several years. He is also clinical advisor to Brighton & Hove City PCT on their direct cataract referral pathway liaising between the PCT and the Sussex Eye Hospital, and a member of the East Sussex Local Optometric Committee.

Sanjay Patel BSc MCOptom
Sanjay qualified from UMIST in 1991 and currently works in high street practice as a joint venture partner. Sanjay sits on the Specsavers Professional Advancement Committee and represents FODO on the Kent Local Optometric Committee. Sanjay also represents FODO on DOCET and its executive committee. Sanjay is a College Trustee.

Christian Dutton BSc(Hons) MSc MCOptom Christian currently works as a Resident Optometrist for ASDA in Hampshire. He completed a masters degree in clinical optometry at City University in 2007 and achieved a level of Distinction. Christian is a Freeman of the Workshipful Company of Spectacle Makers.
