If you are unable to login the members area, please follow our troubleshooting guide;
1) Are you certain you have registered with this site? If you are not sure, try to register. You will need your membership number, which will be on your renewals form. Alternatively, request from the membership department. Please remove any preceding letters. If you are unable to register, you must have done previously.
2) If you cannot remember your password, use the forgotten password facility.
3) If your email address is not recognised and you have registered, we have a different email address on record. Please email the membership department with your new details. These details will take a few days to update. Alternatively, you can update your address online if you can remember your previous address and login.
