Conference tickets are VAT exempt. 

*To qualify for the student/pre-reg trainee ticket you must, at the time of the event, be an undergraduate student undertaking a degree course in optometry from a UK university approved by the GOC OR an EU student completing a conversion course at a UK university approved by the GOC OR an enrolled pre-registration trainee. You must also be registered as a Student Optometrist with the GOC.

Non-members and students (UK full-time student)/pre-registration trainees cannot purchase workshops nor attend peer discussion sessions.

Two day ticket holders are entitled to one complimentary workshop (where spaces are available). All qualified member ticket holders can purchase workshop tickets from December at £30. 

To be eligible for the College member rate, you must be a member of the College at the time of the event.

The newly-qualified member rate is available to College members who qualified after July 2015.

Conference fee deadlines

  • The 50% offer is available until midnight on Wednesday 31 October 2018.
  • The early bird rate is then available until 5pm on Friday 11 January 2019.
  • The full rate then comes into effect.
