Upon arrival, please register at the conference registration desk, located just inside the Monarch Suite entrance. Registration and the trade exhibition will open from 8am on Sunday 24 and Monday 25 February. You will be given your delegate badge and pack on arrival, which includes the conference brochure. Presentation handouts and slides are only available on the app. A stand-up fork buffet lunch and refreshments are included in your ticket. Please note that there will be limited seating for delegates during the lunch hour.
Workshops, seminars, peer discussion and sponsor sessions
Please note that you can only attend the workshops, seminars, peer discussion and sponsor sessions that you have pre-booked, so please check your agenda. If you spot any discrepancies, or no longer wish to attend a certain session you can amend your sessions manually up until 5pm Friday 8 February. After that deadline please call Helen Homersham on 020 7766 4347 or email Helen at email@example.com.
There are a limited number of workshop spaces still available.
Session allocation desk
Subject to availability, you will be able to enquire about or book a place on workshops, seminars, peer discussions and sponsor sessions at the 'session allocation desk' which will be located by the hotel's swimming pool. Please only enquire about spaces on sessions for Sunday on Sunday and for Monday on Monday.
Please do not attend any additional sessions to those you have already booked without checking and booking your place at the session allocation desk first, as there may not be places available and, if you're not booked on, you will not be eligible for the CET points.
If you no longer plan to attend a pre-booked session, please inform staff at the allocation desk so that spaces can be opened up to other delegates.
It is essential that you keep your delegate badge with you for the duration of the conference for CET point registration purposes. To gain your CET points you must also complete our online feedback form. You will be emailed the link to the feedback form on the day of the event and you will be able to access it through the app. CET points will be uploaded within 10 working days of the event.
Don't forget to pick up your limited edition Easter stickers from the College stand, (number 29), and take the opportunity to speak to staff about member benefits, higher qualification queries, the College's research fund and our latest developments.
There will be a prayer room available for delegates to use which is in the Monarch Office, located opposite the registration desk in the Monarch foyer.
