Eek! What shall I do with that…clinical decision making using OCT in practice by Daska Barnett
The talk will be based on the presentation of case histories of Patients who have had OCT scanning undertaken as part of a routine (and sometimes follow up) eye examination in the community.
Clinical decision making processes will be explored and alternative management options discussed.
The perspective taken will be that of a ‘jobbing Optometrist’ working in day to day community practice and the challenges such practice presents.
This is an opportunity to have some tea/coffee and speak further with fellow attendees and exhibitors.
The three cases delegates will discuss are:
- Sudden loss of vision
- Communication and non-compliance
Learning objectives and competencies will be uploaded once the CET is approved.
Although the event is free of charge to College members, it is vital that you register in advance.
