Pre-registration placement, Specsavers, Harrow

An opportunity has arisen for a trainee who is currently on the Scheme for Registration to join our team. 

We currently have six qualified optometrists and three pre-reg optometrists. Our pre-reg students are at various stages of their placement. You will have the benefit of working with the current students who can offer important advice as you navigate your way through your pre-reg period. There will be an assigned supervisor that you will work with primarily but you will also have the benefit of additional supervisors.

Once you complete your placement with us, we aim to offer a full time position and always look forward to you joining the team as a fully qualified optometrist. 

We are a busy practice that benefits from the use of modern equipment: 

• Nidek OCT 
• Henson Visual Field Screeners
• Autorefractor 
• Phoropter Heads. 

You will work in a role that allows you to gain experience through time spent dispensing and performing eye examination. The role will be five days a week which includes weekend work.
