A focus on benign and malignant intraocular tumours in adults requiring advanced expertise to diagnose accurately and best manage this subset of patients.

Abstract

Ocular oncology is a subspecialty of ophthalmology that encompasses the clinical management of patients with eye tumours. Ocular tumours can appear in the orbit, ocular adnexa and ocular surface and within the eye. In this review we will focus on benign and malignant intraocular tumours in adults, which require high expertise to diagnose accurately and best manage this subset of patients.
