Two independent practices located in Bexleyheath & Thamesmead. Well established for more than 25 years.

We are seeking a skilled and professional optometrist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality eye care services, including eye examinations, vision tests, and the diagnosis and treatment of visual impairments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to stay updated with the latest developments in optometry. 

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough eye examinations to assess vision and eye health
• Diagnose and treat common eye conditions and visual impairments
• Prescribe glasses, contact lenses, and other vision correction solutions
• Provide patients with advice on maintaining eye health and preventing eye-related issues
• Work closely with optical support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Stay current with industry advancements and best practices

Requirements:

• A degree in Optometry and GOC registration
• MECS accredited
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to continuous professional development
