Visiting the library

Due to current public health concerns the College library has been temporarily closed. We are now unable to post loans out to members or to renew items, although outstanding items may still be returned to us in the post. All fines accrued will be waived during this period. Photocopying services are also unavailable at this time although we will attempt to source alternative suppliers where available. Our online resources, including access to journals, ebooks and databases remain accessible via OpenAthens. Please contact us should you require further assistance, including advice on alternative suggestions to our book titles or articles from our print journals.

I’m working towards an MSc in Clinical Optometry and have found the library to be invaluable for help with the course reading list.  Articles can be emailed to me and books are delivered to my practice or made available to read online. The library is also really useful for reading up on topics like glaucoma – helping me to stay up-to-date with all the latest developments.
