Case on managing contact lens compliance

A long-standing contact lens patient has told me they regularly swim and shower in their contact lenses. I advised against this at their last three contact lens assessments, but they do not follow my advice. I worry that they may be affected by acanthamoeba keratitis, and continuing to supply lenses is not in their best interests. Should I refuse to provide ongoing care?
