Whitby & Co. is a high-end independent optical practice in the heart of Central London, and we are looking for a passionate, GOC-registered Dispensing Optician to join our growing team. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience, offering expert dispensing advice, and helping customers select stylish, high-quality eyewear. In addition to patient care, you will also be involved in frame buying and product selection, pricing strategy, supporting recruitment activities, and contributing to the commercial success of the practice. Glazing experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
We are looking for someone who is GOC registered (essential), commercially aware and confident, passionate about eyewear fashion and styling, dynamic, ambitious, and proactive, experienced in all aspects of dispensing, and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service. A minimum of three years' dispensing experience is preferred.
