Full payment must be received prior to the event. In the event of cancellation, notice must be given in writing at least 10 working days before the event. Such notice will not be deemed to be received unless the College has issued an acknowledgement to the delegate. Delegates will receive a refund less a 25% cancellation fee.

The Diploma Ceremony will be live-streamed for friends and family to watch who are not able to join in person. Elements of the recording may be used for College marketing purposes in future. Please email us at events@college-optometrists.org if you do not wish to be featured in future use of the recording.

To book, you must be a College of Optometrists' member at the time of the session. If you need to cancel your place you must do so at least seven days before the event to be eligible for a refund. We will not offer a refund after seven days if we are not able to re-sell your place.

You must be a College of Optometrists' member at the time of the event. If you cannot attend the event, please cancel your place at least five days before so we can allocate you place to another member. Places are often limited, so please ensure you can cancel if you cannot attend. The College reserves the right to limit places, or charge, frequent no-shows.

We sometimes have a photographer take photos at our events, which may be used for marketing purposes If you do not want your image to be used, please email us at events@college-optometrists.org with a headshot photo. We will also take your photo at the event when you register, in order to delete any images taken at the event you may be in.
