Optometry Tomorrow

Full payment must be received prior to the event. In the event of cancellation, notice must be given in writing at least 10 working days before the event. Such notice will not be deemed to be received unless the College has issued an acknowledgement to the delegate. Delegates will receive a refund less a 25% cancellation fee.

Paid-for events

To book, you must be a College of Optometrists' member at the time of the session. If you need to cancel your place you must do so at least seven days before the event to be eligible for a refund. We will not offer a refund after seven days if we are not able to re-sell your place.

Free member events and webinars

If you cannot attend the event, please cancel your place at least five days before so we can allocate you place to another member. Places are often limited, so please ensure you can cancel if you cannot attend. The College reserves to right to limit places, or charge, frequent no-shows.

Marketing terms and conditions

A photographer is often present at our live events. If you do not want your image to be used for marketing purposes, do not accept the marketing terms and conditions when booking your place. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, we will have to take your photo on the day in order to delete any images you may be in.

If you supplied your mobile number, we will send you an SMS reminder about the event, and a link to the feedback survey. If you don’t wish to receive SMS alerts, you can remove your mobile number from your My College page.
